All Maison Vault orders are fulfilled and shipped from our partner warehouse in Europe via DHL Express or FedEx International Priority.

All orders include full tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

 

DUTIES & CUSTOMS

 

We use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for all US orders. This means all import duties and taxes are calculated and pre-paid at checkout. You will not be charged anything additional upon delivery. Your order will clear customs seamlessly.
