Refund policy

We want you to love everything from Maison Vault. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

 

ELIGIBILITY

 

Items must be: unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or items without original tags are not eligible for return.

 

HOW TO RETURN

 

Email hello@maisonvault.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. All returns must be shipped back to our EU warehouse. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

REFUNDS

 

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

 

EXCHANGES

 

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return your item and place a new order.
